 Mineral Bath with ingredients

Depending upon the ingredients, the effect can be relaxing, stimulating or regenerating. The bath is followed by a wrap. It is mainly suitable for motoric disorders, painful joints and spine and for physical relaxation.
The effect of mineral water is accompanied by the specific influence of plant extracts, for example:
- nettle bath - softens the skin, quickens the healing of eczema
- camomile bath - acts as an anti-inflamatory, increases the healing of wounds and scars
- bath with a mixture of nettle and horsetail - releases spinal and joint pain
- bath with the addition of tanin, extract of oak bark or agrimony - acts as an anti-inflamatory, calms skin or mucous irritation during inflamation of the bladder, urinary tract, inflamation of the vagina and peri-genital area
The water has a temperature of approximately 37°C.
Duration: 15 - 20 min.
It is recommended that the bath be repeated 2 - 3 times per week.
