Mobilisation and soft techniques

Special method of manual medicine which influences reflectory changes in muscles and subcutis. Its aim is to reduce painfulness and muscle tension and to facilitate subsequent mobilization and manipulation.
Soft thechniques are applied by a physiotherapist and this method uses some techniques which can be partially compared to massages, especially to reflexive massages.
It is, for example skinfold, which is very painful in the place of reflectory changes and we are trying to achieve reduction in its resistance, or connective massage using soft pressure and moves of the fingertips deepened in the skin.  Read more
