 Sanarium

Sanarium means the connection of four spa forms in one. A common sauna bath with the temperature of 80 up to 100°C is followed by warm-air bath of 40 to 60°C with higher humidity. A part of the procedure is also steam bath where the air is scented with herbal extracts.
Another interesting way of this form of relaxation is the connection of sauna with the effects of colours and the play of lights, which have a positive impact on the human spirit and give energy to the body. Colour lights can be installed practically in all saunas.
Another novelty is aquaviva, which includes a mixture of acoustic and optical impulses relieving and regenerating human spirit. The light on a glass surface creates an image of running water; the sounds of bickering brook, tweeting birds or rustling leaves in the trees create perfect harmony.
Indication: insomnia, stress, respiratory diseases, and in general, the need to relax and recover mentally.
