 Steam bath - aromatherapy

The environment of sauna with the temperature of 45 - 50˚C and high humidity is enriched with different essences (e.g. herbs, eucalyptus and others).
The procedure is beneficial for the skin and pleasantly warms up the whole body.
In addition, the fragrances affect different parts of the body, but they have the strongest influence on airways (e.g eucalyptus steam sauna is highly recommended to those who suffer from allergies and asthma).
It is recommended staying in the steam sauna for 15 minutes, and subsequently cooling your body - e.g. in cooling pool or in ice shower and let the body relax. The procedure can be repeated more times (twice to three times).
