When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms.

Opening hours of the Flexum Thermal Swimming Pool in Mosonmagyaróvár:
Monday - Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. We would like to inform visitors that the all-day ticket is only valid for one-time entry to the swimming pool. The use of rest areas and lockers is free of charge.
The standard equipment of the rooms does not include a bathrobe. Take it with you if necessary.
It is not possible to stay with a dog in the hotel.
