Nechá hosty bloudit po jídelně místo toho, aby se snažili problém řešit napr. otevřením vedlejšího sálu. V létě můžete stolovat na terase ovšem v zimě je to horší. Nikdy předtím nebylo možné si rezervovat stůl v jídelně, ovšem letos ano. Stůl zeje prázdnotou, než se dostaví ti, kdo si ho rezervovali. Jednoduše organizace v jídelně spatně zvládnutá."
