The therapeutic stay is designed for everyone seeking relief from musculoskeletal issues. Thanks to proven spa treatments, individually prescribed procedures, and unique mineral springs, significant improvements in mobility and pain relief are achieved. The stay includes accommodation, full board, an initial medical examination, and therapeutic procedures focused on joints, spine, and muscles. The surrounding nature and the serene spa environment promote regeneration and overall well-being. An ideal choice for anyone wanting to alleviate health problems and recharge with new energy.
If you arrive later and miss the initial medical examination on arrival day, you can take it on next day morning. If you arrive on Sunday to stay, you will undergo the initial medical examination on next workday morning.

Hotel Alexander **** - For choosing a specific room number or for special requests regarding hotel rooms, the spa charges an additional fee of EUR 6/room/night, up to a maximum of EUR 60.
The additional payment will be paid at the hotel reception upon arrival.

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot. When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge) Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Rate of local tax per person per day: 2.50 eur
The whole complex of rendered treatment procedures is provided by the Spa House, where the Balneotherapy with spa policlinic is established.
Hours of operation of the Balneotherapy: - Monday - Saturday: 07:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (during the Main season until 4:30 p.m.) - Sunday: 09:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. (procedures intended only for short-term vacations, i.e. Weekend etc.) - state holidays: operation as on Saturday
Mineral waters within the drinking treatment are provided in the Colonnade in time intervals (morning - midday - evening).
