-Entrance into the operation of the Poľana Spa House is allowed only for accommodated clients. Upon entering the operation of the Poľana Spa House, each client must prove himself to a hotel or spa license.
-If you are interested, we also test in the spa. The fee (co-participation) for the performed test is paid by the client upon arrival in the amount of 8 € person / stay.
-It is forbidden to receive visitors in the entire spa area.
-The ban on the provision of over-the-counter procedures and entry to the wellness for the public applies.
-Each client will be admitted to the stay through the initial medical examination, where he will find out his travel history and measured temperature.
-The number of people in the pool is limited, in case of the full number of clients in the pool, we ask them for patience and willingness to enter the pool at another time.
-The steam and saunas are currently out of order.
-All-day boarding is provided in the dining room of LD Poľana.
-General events (dance parties, sitting with music, sales events, trips ...) are based on measures of the chief hygienist repealed.
-Clients are required to wear a veil in all areas of the spa.
-Clients are asked to leave the spa area only in the most urgent cases.
-The entire operation of the spa operates under increased hygienic measures, the facility is regularly disinfected rooms and public areas.
-For the entire stay, it is necessary to comply with the Measures of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic in the event of a threat to public health no. OLP / 8326/2020, which applies to operations dated 14 October 2020
-Clients are required to wear a veil in all areas of the spa.
