Important informations

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable
Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot.
We recommend ordering extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures in advance at our travel agency when booking the stay.
When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
Rate of local tax per person per day: 2 eur

  • The whole complex of the treatments and procedures availale is provived by Balneotherapy in LÚ Diamant.
  • Balneotherapy opening hours:
    - Monday - Saturday: 7:00 - 15:30 hod. (availale also during public holidays)
    - Sunday: treatments are not available (only the pool is availabele)
  • Rehabilitation pool opening hours:
    - Moday - Sunday: 07:00 - 18:00 hod. (in the summer monm till 8 o´
  • All complex of healing procedures is performed by Spa House Diamant.
  • Healing procedures are performed: Monday - Saturday (also during public holidays), from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM. Procedures are not performed on Sunday, the pool is available to 6:00 PM (during summer to 8:00 PM).
  • The client receives a Spa Card which contains schedule of procedures.
  • If you are interested in taking more procedures, you can do so by purchasing them right at the site.
  • We sugest you to bring an own bathrobe or you can rent it at hotel reception desk with a charge 30,- SKK.
  • Pets are not permited.
  • The Spa charges clients upon arrival with extra Spa charge 25,- SKK per person and day in cash, which is not included in the Stay price.
