Important informations

Automatic COVID mode: THE BASIS

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable
Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot.
When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
Rate of local tax per person per day: 1.50 eur

  • The whole complex of provided healing procedures is provided by Belneorehabilitation centre II, Napoleonské Kúpele Spa, Balneorehabilitation centre IRMA and Pro Patria Hotel.
  • Opening hours for provided healing procedures (informatively):
    - Balneorehabilitation centre II: Monday-Saturday: 07:00 a.m. - 15:30/19:00 p.m.
    - Napoleonské Kúpele Spa: Monday- Saturday: 07:00 a.m. - 15:30/20:00 p.m.
    -Balneorehabilitation centre IRMA: Monday-Saturday: 07:00 a.m. - 15:30 p.m.
    - Pro Patria Hotel: Monday-Saturday: 07:00 a.m. - 15:30/20:00 p.m.
  • Opening hours of pools:
    - outdoor and indoor pool in the Water and Sauna World of the hotel Health Spa Resort Esplanade**** is available for spa guests from 06:00 a.m. - 21:00 p.m.
    - saunas are available from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 and from 13:00 p.m. - 21:00 p.m. /last entry to the sauna is at 20:30 p.m.
    - outdoor and indoor pool in the Spa Hotel Grand Splendid*** is available for spa guests from 09:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m. and indoor pool from 06:00 a.m. . 21:00 p.m.
    - guests of the hotel Health Spa Resort Esplanade**** can swim from 06:00 a.m. - 08:00 a.m. pools of the Spa Hotel Grand Splendid***
    - guests of the Spa Hotel Grand Splendid*** can swim from 18:00 p.m. - 20:00 p.m. in pools of the Health Spa Resort Esplanade****
  • During most of the public holidays except for January 1 and December 25 procedures are available as during weekdays.
  • Procedures are rendered on Sunday only in case of short-term vacations such as Taste of Piešťany, Romatic Days and others up to 6 nights.
  • Sauna can be used according to consultations with a doctor.
  • Piešťany Spa offer 24-hour medical emergency and nursing service (Spa Piešťany reserves the right to make the emergency medical care and nursing service paid on the basis of doctor’s decision).
