Smižany

Smižany has a rich history, cultural traditions and dynamic present. In addition to all that it is the entrance gate to the national park Slovak Paradise, it has very good location, which is the prerequisite of further progress. There are many historical and tourism localities in its surroundings. The best known include the National Park Slovak Paradise and the Gothic Road, which connects significant historical and cultural monuments of individual places in Spiš and Gemer regions.
