Hotel Royal Palace ***** -
- We would like to inform you that from 6.10.-9.10.2025 the AQUAPARK part will be closed due to regular maintenance of the outdoor pools and attractions. The indoor pools in the SPA part and the sauna world will be in operation. The entrance to the area will be through the SPA ticket office next to the ROYAL PALACE ***** hotel.
-If you are starting your stay on Saturday or Sunday and have a medical stay with an examination, you will undergo a medical examination on Monday, while on Saturday you will have a classic 40-minute massage and a bath with a wrap in the Royal Bath, and on Sunday a bath and oxygen therapy.
-We recommend using the arrival days: Mon - Fri when guests will be examined on the day of arrival!
-Minimum stay during Easter is 4 nights
-A spa fee of EUR 0.45 per person per night is charged at the spa.
-The spa charges an accommodation tax of EUR 1.50 per person per night.
Hotel Velka Fatra **** - -I would like to inform you that from 6.10.-9.10.2025 the AQUAPARK part will be closed due to regular maintenance of outdoor pools and attractions. The indoor pools in the SPA part and the sauna world will be in operation. Entrance to the area will be through the SPA ticket office next to the ROYAL PALACE ***** hotel. From 27.10. - 30.10.2025 the Olympic pool will be closed due to regular annual maintenance. The Olympic pool is not being replaced by another service. Due to reconstruction, the water slides in the Spa&Aquapark will be out of operation until 26.10.2025. We will announce any further changes regarding the date in advance.
-Admission to the Aquapark for three hours for accommodated guests is 15 euros, for the whole day for accommodated guests is 21 euros.
-We recommend using the arrival days: Mon - Fri when guests will be examined on the day of arrival!
-Guests staying at LD Veľká Fatra comfort and deluxe eat in the Žigmund dining room = buffet.
-Guests staying at LD Veľká Fatra basic and basic+ eat in the Žofia dining room = buffets, but a significantly smaller selection of dishes than in Žigmunda.
-The additional charge for meals from Žofia to Žigmund will be +5€/person/night.
-A spa fee of EUR 0.45 per person per night is charged at the spa.
-The spa charges an accommodation tax of EUR 1.50 per person per night.
-If the client requests accommodation for one person in a double room, the surcharge for an unoccupied bed is 33 EUR per person per night.
-In case of special requests (location of rooms next to each other, view, etc.) an additional charge of EUR 10 per person per night will be charged.
-A one-time fee for each change of the assigned room at the client's initiative upon request made on site is EUR 50 at the Veľká Fatra Hotel.

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable
It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot.
When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay.
It is advisable to book the procedures in our travel agency already while booking the stay.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
Rate of local tax per person per day: 1.50 eur

The whole complex of provided curative procedures is provided by the Spa house Veľká Fatra, where the Baneotherapy is established with spa policlinic and the SPA & AQUAPARK.
Hours of operation of the Balneotherapy:
- Monday - Saturday: 08:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Sunday, holiday: only freely sold procedures
Hours of operation of the SPA & AQUAPARK:
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Opening hours of the outdoor pool: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
