Acupuncture basically weakens pathological dominance in the body, normalizes tonus and the reaction of the whole vegetative nervous system of the body and normalizes different vegetative disorders. The whole-body acupunture is used especially in the therapy of painful muscles and functional disorders of inner organs with vertebrogenic algic syndrome and neuralgia. Ear acupnture is often a part of treatment of different kinds of addictions like smoking or to fight overweight. Contraindications: bleeding states, festering, fear of needles.
