Anti-spasm kineziotherapy always switches to the follow up training of walking. The device applies dynamic kineziotherapy to lower and upper extremities, in case of minimal muscle strength or large "elasticity", which the is patient unable to overcome himself/herself, it uses electric motor, and the device acts partially also as a dynamic splint. The advantage of the device is its ability to record any active movement which the patient performs using its own strength. The patient should strive and be motivated to exercise active movements, and the device facilitates such efforts. The biggest advantage of the device is its anti-spasm action. Anti-spasm kineziotherapy at the same time supports trophics and mobilisation of basic joints in the lower or upper extremity. It supports also the strengthening of muscles.
