Aromatic massage

Massage is the primary method in aromatherapy. Essential oils are before the massage mixed with oil, which is its carrier. During the massage, you at first feel the aroma, but soon you will feel also many other influences. Essential oils penetrate through the skin better than herbal oils, and after 20 - 30 minutes, they get into the blood circulation. Their effect on body lasts much more longer.
