The light polarisation is a prerequisite for the stimulation of living tissue following the contact between the light and the tissue, which supports the development of health cells, which is the essence of the biostimulating effect. Bioptron lamp (biolamp) produces polarised light, which is polychromatic, and completely stripped of the UV component. The light has the wavelength 430 – 2800 nm, it affects mainly the surface, but also the depth of tissues (approximately 1 – 2.5 cm).
