Hot Stone Massage

This massage is based on changing of two extremes - warmth and coldness. Used are round basalt lava-stones with a temperature of 70 °C and cold marble stones.
The massage with lava-stones can be:
- Chinese 38 - 40 °C - harmonizes mainly energetic lines
- Hawaiian 45 - 55 °C - harmonizes energetic lines and overheats the problematic muscle parts
- American Indians 60 - 70 °C - deep overheats the problematic muscle parts and relaxes the body and soul
Lava-stones harmonize the body, withdraw the negative energy, eliminate pain in muscles, improve blood circulation, help in detoxification, have strong tonisativ effect. Because of energetic strength of this massage, there is not recommended to combine it with next treatments in the same day.
Effects of massage: stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic system, successive overheats the whole body, helps in detoxification of organism, balances the energy in body
Contraindication:
- infection diseases (jaundice, HIV, papules,...)
- mildew and fungoid diseases
- high blood pressure
- varicose veins
- open wounds and bruises
- high temperature receptivity
- recent operations
- sun burns
- inflammations
