The Nordic walking is an ideal motoric activity for all age groups, including seniors with degenerative diseases of spine, load-bearing joints, balance-stability-co-ordination impairments, or ischemic vascular diseases. It should be prescribed by a doctor, procedure is designed for 60 minutes. Individually adjustable size of Nordic sticks are fit for each patient and borrowed to him/her. The procedure takes place in the natural environment of the Spa Island. We recommend sport/outdoor dress and conformable sport shoes.
