Relaxation Massage

It is very relaxing and suitable especially for back pains and the pains in the whole body. They are the results of everyday body overloading and body stressing.
It has a great prophylactic effect and minimum contraindications.
The whole body massage relieves the stress, helps in reducing depressions and removes the tiredness of the whole body. It has a soothing effects.
The head and neck massages relieve the muscle tension caused by tiredness and stress, which are often the main causes of headaches. Not only back parts of the neck and head are massaged but also the forehead area and the area around the eyes and temples.
Different massage emulsions or oils are used for this kind of massages. They may contain jojoba, aloe vera, B5 vitamin, panthenol or alantoin.
Duration: ca. 40 minutes (the whole body massage), ca. 20 minutes (head and neck)
