Sulfur bath - a traditional procedure with healing effects
Sulfur baths are popular balneological treatments that use water enriched with natural sulfur compounds. Water containing hydrogen sulfide or other mineral forms of sulfur has a characteristic odor, but also significant healing effects.
How it works:
The bath is performed in a special tub with mineral water at a temperature of approximately 36-38 °C. The stay usually lasts 15-20 minutes and it is recommended to undergo the treatment repeatedly. After the bath, the patient is wrapped in a dry sheet and a short rest follows, which enhances the effect of the therapy.
Effects of sulfur baths:

– reducing pain in rheumatic and degenerative diseases,
– supporting the treatment of skin problems (psoriasis, eczema),
