When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
Rate of local tax per person per day: 2 eur

All treatments are provided by Balneocentres right in the spa hotels and by Balneo departments of Císařské Lázně, Luisine Lázně, Slatinné Lázně and Lázně I.
The treatments are provided as follows:
- Monday - Saturday: 07:00am - 02:00pm, or longer if required (and also during public holidays)
- Sunday: treatments are not available
Aquaforum opening hours:
- Monday - Sunday: 09:00am - 09:00pm
- ENTRY INTO AQUAFORUM -
- free entry every day, including weekends and public holidays for the guests staying in Pawlik**** hotel. The guests staying in other hotels can enter these facilities for advantageous price.
