Veľký problém bola komunikácia s recepciou, neochota trpezlivo odkomunikovať žiadané informácie, neznalosť zakladnej slovenčiny a češtiny napriek 100% návštevnosti z týchto krajín (Bratislava 20 km..). I nemčina a angličtina nesla viac ako heslovite. Záver žiadosti kam k lekárovi na nastavenie procedúr-recepčná na nás nakričala.
