Kudowa-Zdrój is a spa town in Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the district Powiat kłodzki. It is situated below the Table Mountains within the Metuje river basin, at the altitude of approx. 400 metres. It is situated in Kłodzko County, south-western Poland, near the border with the Czech Republic, only several kilometres to the north-east from the town Náchod, with which it is connected by highway E67 with important border crossing.
