It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot.
When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.

The entire complex of pools, the Vital World and the other treatments provided are spread over several zones that are connected to each other.
A modern turnstile system (chip system) operates in the entire area for entry to its individual facilities and enables the purchase of any items or meals exactly according to the individual requirements of clients.
Operating hours of the AquaCity Poprad complex:
- indoor 50 m swimming pool: 08:00 - 21:00
- other zones: 09:00 - 21:00
-Every Monday, all zones in the Aquapark will be open from 11:00 a.m.
-Late check out fee is 20 euros per room
-The fee for smoking in the room is 50 EUR
