  • A modern turnstile system (chip system) operates in the entire area for entry to its individual facilities and enables the purchase of any items or meals exactly according to the individual requirements of clients.
  • Operating hours of the AquaCity Poprad complex:
    - indoor 50 m swimming pool: 08:00 - 21:00
    - other zones: 09:00 - 21:00
    -Every Monday, all zones in the Aquapark will be open from 11:00 a.m.
    -Late check out fee is 20 euros per room
    -The fee for smoking in the room is 50 EUR
