Important informations

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable
Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot.
When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
Rate of local tax per person per day: 2.50 eur

The whole complex of rendered treatment procedures is provided by the Spa House, where the Balneotherapy with spa policlinic is established.
Hours of operation of the Balneotherapy:
- Monday - Saturday: 07:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (during the Main season until 4:30 p.m.)
- Sunday: 09:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. (procedures intended only for short-term vacations, i.e. Weekend etc.)
- state holidays: operation as on Saturday
Mineral waters within the drinking treatment are provided in the Colonnade in time intervals (morning - midday - evening).

2-hour entry into the pool and sauna world for adults for fee of 10€/person
Spa reserves the right to change of accommodation - if the Spa is not able to provide accommodation upon arrival, as has been confirmed to the client, Spa shall provide suitable alternative accommodation of the same or better standard.
