The entire complex of treatment procedures is provided by the Balneotherapy and Wellness Center in the Branisko Spa.

- Sunday, public holiday: treatments are not provided
Operating hours of the Vital World:
- Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday and entrances at two times, namely 17:00 – 18:30 and 18:30 – 19:00.
