All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot. When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge) Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Rate of local tax per person per day: 2 eur

Operating hours of the swimming pools:
- the outdoor and indoor pool in the Water and Sauna World of the Health Spa Resort Esplanade**** is available for spa guests from 06:00 - 21:00
- saunas are available from 10:00-12:00 and from 13:00-21:00/last entry to the sauna at 20:30
- the outdoor pool in the Spa Hotel Grand Splendid*** is available for spa guests from 09:00-18:00 and the indoor pool from 06:00-21:00
- guests of the Hotel Esplanade**** can use the pools of the Spa Hotel Grand Splendid*** for swimming from 06:00-08:00
- guests of the Grand Splendid*** hotel can use the swimming pools of the Esplanade hotel**** from 18:00-20:00
During most national holidays, except for January 1 and December 25, procedures are provided as on a normal working day.
On Sundays, procedures are offered only for short-term stays such as Chuť Piešťany, Romantic days and others up to 6 nights.
Use of sauna based on consultation with a doctor.
A 24-hour emergency medical and nursing service is available at the Piešťany Spa (based on the doctor's decision, the Piešťany Spa reserves the right to charge for emergency and nursing services).
The recommended length of stay to improve the health conditions is at lest 21 days.
