Interferential currents – deep electrotherapy for pain relief

Interference currents are a modern electrotherapeutic method that uses the meeting of two medium-frequency currents in tissues. At the point of their "interference", a low-frequency effect is created, which has significant analgesic , myorelaxant and stimulating effects .

How interference currents work:
During the procedure, four electrodes arranged in a cross pattern are applied to the body. Two medium-frequency currents intersect in the tissues, creating a gentle stimulation that acts deep below the skin's surface. This effect allows for precise targeting of painful or spasmodic areas without irritating the skin.
