Extra services:

- for a stay of 13 nights or more, clients will be given credit in the amount of €5 or CZK 120 for each adult per night,
- for a stay of 20 nights or more, clients will be given credit in the amount of €10 or CZK 240 for each adult per night.
The provided credit can be used for services provided by the hotel directly on the spot / consumption in the restaurant and lobby bar, minibar, room upgrade, parking, procedures/. The credit will be provided to guests on the day of arrival at the hotel reception, it cannot be exchanged for money, and unused credit expires at the end of the stay without the right to payment

Important informations

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable
Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot.
When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
Rate of local tax per person per day: 2 eur

All treatments are provided by Balneocentres right in the spa hotels and by Balneo departments of Císařské Lázně, Luisine Lázně, Slatinné Lázně and Lázně I.
The treatments are provided as follows:
- Monday - Saturday: 07:00am - 02:00pm, or longer if required (and also during public holidays)
- Sunday: treatments are not available
