Important informations

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable
We recommend ordering extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures in advance at our travel agency when booking the stay.
When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
Rate of local tax per person per day: 2 eur

The whole complex of healing procedures is available in Balneotherapy departments in Nové Lázně, Centrální Lázně, Pacifik, Hvězda-Skalník, Butterfly a Vltava-Berounka hotels.
Balneotherapy opening hours (informatively):
- Monday-Friday: 07:00 - 20:00 (in the afternoon it is possible to buy extra procedures)
- Saturday: 07:00 - 18:00
-Sundays and public holidays: 07:00 - 18:00 (in some Balneothrapy departments procedures are not available during Sundays and public holidays)
Sauna and Whirlpool can be used after consultation with a doctor.
