When leaving after your stay, it is possible to get a packed meal instead of breakfast or lunch (should be ordered in advance).

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable
Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.

The entire complex of treatment procedures is provided by the Balneotherapy and Wellness Center in the Branisko Spa.
Balneotherapy operating hours:
- Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 15:00
- Saturday: 07:00 - 12:00 (except hydrotherapy)
- Sunday, public holiday: treatments are not provided
Operating hours of the Vital World:
- Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday and entrances at two times, namely 17:00 – 18:30 and 18:30 – 19:00.
