Important informations

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable
Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
Rate of local tax per person per day: 2.2 eur

All curative procedures are provided by LD Pax spa house, LD Krym spa house, Balneoterapia Sina, Pramenný dvor and Kaštieľ.
Opening hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 2:30 pm (last entry to the pools is at 1:30 pm)
- Saturdays, Sundays, and during public holidays: 7:00am - 12:00 at noon (on Sundays, it is also possible to purchase some other procedures, there is also free entry to the swimming pool for the guests staying at Krym hotel)
If the client misses supper on the day of the arrival, they can have dinner on the day of the departure instead.
