All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which also contains the exact timetable
It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot.
When necessary we can provide transportation from the bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transportation must be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fees are not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.

• The whole complex of rendered curative and relaxation procedures is provided by Balneotherapy and Wellness centres in Grand Hotel Strand****.
• Indoor pool Izabela:
  - Monday-Friday: 10:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Saturday: 10:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  -Sunday and public holidays: procedures are not provided.
• Wellness Centre:
  - monday - friday : 13:00 - 21:00, saturday - sunday : 10:30 - 21:00
