The St. Valentine´s day is on 14th February. It is a feast of all in love and it is celebrated already for a couple of centuries in different corners of the earth.
One of legends days, that the St. Valentine was a priest, who lived in Roma in the 3rd century. In that time reigned the emperor Claudius II, who was known by his megalomaniac ambitions and cruel military expeditions. He believed, that married men are weaker soldiers, because they must take care about their families, therefore he prohibited the marriage in the country. The St. Valentine in spite of this restriction continued to engage and to wed the couples in love. When the emperor heard it, he let him execute for his effort to connect lives of people in love.
Nowadays on St. Valentine´s day the people in love give one another romantic presents to express the depth of their feelings.
