  • Flaccid paralyses (except for after-injury ones) including after-infection polyradiculoneuritis within 12 months after subsiding of the acute stage.
  • Flaccid paralyses (except for after-injury ones) and conditions after poliomyelitis.
  • Polyneuropathy with paretic signs.
  • Inflammatory diseases of central nervous system (conditions after meningoencefalitis and myelitis) after termination of the acute period, if spastic-paretic signs are present within 12 months after the disease occurrence.
  • Hemiparesis and paparesis of vascular origin after subsiding of the acute stage within 12 months from the occurrence without any significant psychical changes and with signs of renewing function.
  • Hemiparesis and paparesis of vascular origin after subsiding of the acute stage from 12 to 24 months from the occurrence, if there is an assumption that the spa treatment will contribute to the renewal and maintenance of work ability and self-service.
  • Conditions after serious injuries and operations of the central and peripheral nervous system with disorders of movement ability with signs of renewing function, within 12 months from the injury or operation.
  • Sclerosis multiplex and other demyelination diseases in stage without seizures, continuously medically treated, with preserved ability of self-service.
  • Nervous-muscle degenerative diseases.
  • Syringomyelia with paretic symptoms, continuously medically treated.
  • Brain poliomyelitis if there is expectation of further improvement of functionality.
  • Parkinson’s disease. Other degenerative diseases of basal ganglia.
  • Inflammatory rheumatic joint diseases (systemically treated): Rheumatoid arthritis (stages I–II), psoriatic arthritis and reactive arthritis (Reiter's disease) with functional limitation.
  • Rheumatoid arthritis rtg stage III. and IV., psoriatic arthritis, joint reiter’s syndrome with heavy functional disability, continuously treated.
  • Ankylosing spondylitis of I. to III. stage (Bechterew’s disease) and other seronegative spondylitis with functional disability, with continuous treatment.
  • Ankylosing spondylitis of IV. and V. stage (Bechterew’s disease) and other seronegative spondylitis with heavy functional disability, with continuous treatment.
  • Idiopathic scoliosis and scoliosis of other etiology with curve of 20 degrees and more according to Cobb, documented with rtg image, until 25 years of age, with continuous medical treatment in orthopaedic or rehabilitation out-patient clinic.
  • Reactive and secondary arthritis (e.g. post-infectious) lasting for more than 6 months, in case of infectious ones after removal of focuses, with continuous treatment.
  • Coxarthrosis from the II. stage with functional disability, with continuous medical treatment.
  • Arthrosis accompanied with functional disorder, with continuous medical treatment and arthropathies with metabolic disorders.
  • Vertebrogenic syndrome with transitional painful back disorders, with continuous treatment.
  • Conditions after injuries or operations of the movement apparatus including operations of interspinous plate and operations using joint substitute, accompanied with weakening of muscle power or restricted movement of joints, or also paralyses, not longer than 12 months from the date of injury or operation.
  • Haemophilic arthropathy
  • Disease caused by work in compressed air (only bone and bend changes).
  • Diseases of bones, joints, muscles, sinews, blood vessels and limb nerves caused by work with vibrating tools and devices or by long-term excessive unilateral overload.
  • Diseases of peripheral or central nervous system without any significant psychical disorders caused by toxic substances, noise or physical harmful agents.
