som očakávala viac. Boli sme ubytovaní v apartmáne na 5 poschodí, kde po príchode na izbu bola neskutočná zima. Upozornila som na to p. recepčnú, ktorá večer o 19.00 hod. poslala pracovníka . Povedal, že niečo nastavil v kotolni na vyšší stupeň, potom to fungovalo cca 2 hodiny a potom znovu zima, celú noc a nasledujúci deň sme prikurovali klimatizáciou.
Stravovanie bol veľmi slabý výber bufetové stoly v ktorých dve jedlá. Taktiež nikde pri bazéne nebolo občerstvenie čo sa písalo v cene. Medzistravovanie bolo raut bol studený hotdog, studené hranolky, a suché slané tyčinky, jediné čo bolo dobré tak to bola káva.

Verified treatment stay"Pri bufetovom systéme sa obslúži človek sám, čo je v poriadku, ale prestrieť si, musí tiež sám (doniesť príbor, prípadne požiadať o utretie stola, personál to nevníma dostatočne, že prišiel ďalší klient a sadá si k neočistenému, neupratanému stolu) a pri čom je tam dosť personálu (aj praktikanti). Ohľadne praktizujúcich študentov taká poznámka, že nevedia komunikovať s klientom. Príde k stolu a zoberie použitý riad, ale nepovie ani bú, ani mú....Napr: žiadalo by sa, pozdraviť, prípadne milo sa usmiať a nebyť ticho , prepáčte ako múmia.
