Natural Spa at the Rajecké Teplice spa is a zone built in a natural spirit - with log saunas, indoor and outdoor thermal pools and quiet relaxation areas.
Indoor area:
- Relaxation outflow pool: natural thermal water at 34 - 35 °C, hydromassage jets and bubble loungers; the outflow channel takes you to the outdoor section beneath a natural rock face with a waterfall
- Kneipp walking bath: alternating warm and cold water restoring

- Kelo ritual sauna: rustic Finnish sauna at 85 - 95 °C clad in 200-year-old KELO wood, with sauna master rituals lasting 10 - 13 minutes
- Natural reflexology path: foot stimulation on varied surfaces around the Ice pool
All saunas in Natural Spa are swimwear-free. After 5 p.m. this area is open only to guests over 16 years of age.

- Relaxation swimming pool: 25 m long, water temperature 28 - 30 °C, surrounded by classical architecture
- Turkish bath: full-body alternating bath in hot and cold thermal water, strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems
- Family pool below the cliff: natural stone pool with a waterfall and water temperature 30 - 34 °C, suitable for families with children, where swimming aids such as rings and armbands are permitted
Within the water world you can have a snack at the buffet or relax on the loungers.
The indoor therapeutic pool is open to guests over 12 years of age; children under 12 may not bathe in the outdoor Turkish bath either. The therapeutic indoor, quiet and Turkish pools are not recommended for people with cardiovascular conditions.
