Natural Spa at the Rajecké Teplice spa is a zone built in a natural spirit - with log saunas, indoor and outdoor thermal pools and quiet relaxation areas.
Indoor area:
- Relaxation outflow pool: natural thermal water at 34 - 35 °C, hydromassage jets and bubble loungers; the outflow channel takes you to the outdoor section beneath a natural rock face with a waterfall
- Kneipp walking bath: alternating warm and cold water restoring

- Biosanarium: 65 - 70 °C at 20 - 30 % humidity, combining music, colour and aroma therapy with a panoramic view
- Kelo ritual sauna: rustic Finnish sauna at 85 - 95 °C clad in 200-year-old KELO wood, with sauna master rituals lasting 10 - 13 minutes
- Natural reflexology path: foot stimulation on varied surfaces around the Ice pool
All saunas in Natural Spa are swimwear-free. After 5 p.m. this area is open only to guests over 16 years of age.

The pools are set within grand classical architecture, and there are eleven of them across the spa grounds.

- Mineral thermal pool: full-body bath in natural healing water with an analgesic and relaxing effect
The Water World at the Rajecké Teplice spa comprises indoor and outdoor pools filled with natural healing thermal water containing calcium and magnesium ions, with beneficial effects on the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. The pools are set within grand classical architecture, and there are eleven of them across the spa grounds.
Indoor pools:
- Mineral thermal pool: full-body bath in natural healing water with an analgesic and relaxing effect on the skeletal muscles
- Rehabilitation pool: hydromassage and air jets adapted for the back, upper limbs and seat area; also used for hydrokinesiotherapy under the supervision of a physiotherapist
Outdoor pools:
- Quiet pool: circular seated pool with a classical pavilion and water massage jets, water temperature 36 - 38 °C, linked to the indoor area by an outflow channel
- Relaxation swimming pool: 25 m long, water temperature 28 - 30 °C, surrounded by classical architecture
- Turkish bath: full-body alternating bath in hot and cold thermal water, strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems
- Family pool below the cliff: natural stone pool with a waterfall and water temperature 30 - 34 °C, suitable for families with children, where swimming aids such as rings and armbands are permitted
Within the water world you can have a snack at the buffet or relax on the loungers.
The indoor therapeutic pool is open to guests over 12 years of age; children under 12 may not bathe in the outdoor Turkish bath either. The therapeutic indoor, quiet and Turkish pools are not recommended for people with cardiovascular conditions.
