Natural Spa at the Rajecké Teplice spa is a zone built in a natural spirit - with log saunas, indoor and outdoor thermal pools and quiet relaxation areas.
Indoor area:
- Relaxation outflow pool: natural thermal water at 34 - 35 °C, hydromassage jets and bubble loungers; the outflow channel takes you to the outdoor section beneath a natural rock face with a waterfall
- Kneipp walking bath: alternating warm and cold water restoring

- Infrared sauna: 45 - 50 °C, light therapy through a Himalayan salt wall, suitable also for guests who find a Finnish sauna too hot
- Relax Aquarium: relaxation area overlooking a freshwater aquarium, 8 loungers
- Relax Panorama: relaxation area overlooking the outdoor grounds, 15 loungers
Outdoor area:
- Natural hot pool: 38 - 40 °C, water treated with sea salt, natural stone surround
- Natural cold pool: 14 - 16 °C, for cooling down after the sauna
- Ice pool: 14 - 18 °C, depth 1.3 m, set among the log saunas beside a bed of medicinal herbs
- Biosanarium: 65 - 70 °C at 20 - 30 % humidity, combining music, colour and aroma therapy with a panoramic view
- Kelo ritual sauna: rustic Finnish sauna at 85 - 95 °C clad in 200-year-old KELO wood, with sauna master rituals lasting 10 - 13 minutes
- Natural reflexology path: foot stimulation on varied surfaces around the Ice pool
All saunas in Natural Spa are swimwear-free. After 5 p.m. this area is open only to guests over 16 years of age.
