Infrared heater

The importance and the use of infrared radiation lie in the fact that their effects are connected with several reflexes and responses which have been affected by natural source thermal stimuli during the man´s evolution (sun, fire, water). This radiation causes the redness of the skin which disappears after a short time.
Infrared radiation warms up the skin and it has analgetic and spasmolytic effects.
The procedure is administered by a physiotherapist.
