The tub bath in mineral water with the temperature of 37 - 38 ( or 40) °C. The bath has myorelaxation, spasmolytic and analgethic effects. Chemical, thermal and pressure doses in the bath result in reduction of reflexive problems in degeneration diseases of locomotory apparatus, which creates favourable conditions for rehabilitation. The bath is followed by dry wrap to prolong the effects of thermotherapy and in this stage the patient perspires heavily and has a feeling of relief of the whole body. Indication: chronic inflammatory and degeneration joint and spine diseases, problems with livening up the skin, absorption of the pain, necessity of mental relaxion Duration: 15 - 20 minutes
